Arcus Ecological Association

Since 2011, The International Waterbird Census (IWC) in Serbia is coordinated by Bird Study and Protection Society of Serbia. The IWC is coordinated by Wetlands International and it is organized every year in most countries of the world.

Since 2004, BirdLife Hungary (MME) has been organizing the National Eagle Census in collaboration with national park directorates and other nature conservation NGOs, in order to monitor the wintering population of birds of prey species in Hungary.

Every year, from its very beginning, Arcus Ecological Association took part in organization of series of popular science lectures. For years, these lectures have been part of Bačka Topola’s Winter Evenings event.
